Description
The Chocolate Batch Ball Mill refines chocolate raw materials into a smooth paste through the collision and friction between steel balls and the chocolate mass, controlling particle size to 18-25 micrometers.
Available in 300kg, 500kg and 1000kg batch sizes, with main motors of 15kW, 22kW and 30kW, steel ball loads of 360kg, 650kg and 800kg, and machine weights of 1450kg, 2160kg and 2500kg.
Equipped with a rotary lobe pump, magnetic filter and insulated circulation piping, it ensures even distribution of all ingredients for stable quality and consistent taste.
