Description
The Cocoa Mass Melting Tank mainly uses a heating device to heat and melt cocoa mass blocks inside the tank. It uses a temperature control system to keep the temperature stable, meeting the requirements of chocolate processing. The tank body is equipped with a hot water circulation system to accelerate melting.
Three capacities are available: 300L, 500L and 1000L, with heating power of 6kW, 12kW and 12kW and stirring power of 1.1kW, 1.1kW and 1.5kW.
A hydraulic strut gives a wide opening angle for easy loading, and a spiral polished auger ensures easy discharge.
