Description
The Mixing Storage Tank is a double-jacketed chocolate holding tank with melting, stirring and storage functions. In addition to temperature holding, it stirs crispy rice and chocolate together for even mixing.
Three capacities are available: 70L, 200L and 1000L, with motor & reducer power of 0.75kW, 0.75kW and 1.5kW, and total machine power of 3.75kW, 3.75kW and 7.5kW.
Made of 304 stainless steel, it conforms to food safety requirements, with jacketed elbow outlets and hot water circulation.
