Description
The Cocoa Butter Melting Tank is used for melting cocoa butter, palm oil and similar fats in chocolate production. It is designed with a double jacket and hot water pipes inside the tank.
Two models are available: the 1000L sloped-tank melting tank with three independent tanks and the 1500L melting tank, with total power of 18.5kW and heating power of 24kW.
Sloped tank bottoms and jacketed outlets ensure clean, residue-free discharge.
