Description
The Cocoa Butter Melting Tank is one of the main machines in chocolate production, used for melting cocoa butter, palm oil and similar fats. It is designed with a double jacket and hot water pipes inside the tank.
Three capacities are available: 200L, 300L and 500L, with heating power of 6kW, 6kW and 12kW and machine weights of 460kg, 450kg and 560kg.
With a double jacket pipeline and hydraulic lifting lid, it enables easy loading and automatic feeding, avoiding contamination of raw materials.
