Description
The 5000L Cocoa Butter Melting Tank is a large-capacity tank for melting cocoa butter, cocoa mass and similar fats in chocolate production. It is designed with a double jacket and hot water coil inside the tank.
It features two sets of 12kW flange heating elements (one in use, one standby), hydraulic lifting cylinders and a loading platform for easy loading of oil blocks.
Three-layer insulation keeps heat loss low for efficient melting.
